The East of England Energy Zone (EEEZ) was established by a pioneering partnership of regional business and political leaders to smooth the way for future investment and development of the energy sector in Norfolk and Suffolk.
It is a partnership that brings political and business support along with access to the experienced supply chain through the regional industry body, the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR), and the Chambers of Commerce for Norfolk and Suffolk.
Politically, the partnership incorporates Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils, Great Yarmouth Borough Council, East Suffolk Council and North Norfolk District Council.
The New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) also plays an important role by securing funds from Government to help businesses grow and delivers ambitious programmes to ensure that businesses have the funding, support, skills, and infrastructure needed to flourish.
The EEEZ’s unique partnership provides a unified business and political approach to smooth the way for inward investment into the area. For potential inward investors, it makes life as straightforward as possible.
